Entry Level Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Outsource is seeking an Entry Level Recruiting Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for high‑volume hyperscale and data‑center client accounts. You will manage the full candidate submittal lifecycle, ensuring compliance and a seamless onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end candidate submissions for designated accounts, verifying resumes, work history, application forms and references.
• Guide candidates through the application process, handling status updates, paperwork, background checks and drug screenings.
• Schedule and confirm interviews across multiple time zones, providing logistics and preparation materials.
• Coordinate official start dates, onboarding prerequisites, badging, site access and new‑hire orientations.
• Arrange travel for remote or multi‑site projects, including flights, lodging and ground transportation.
• Develop and document standardized processes and checklists as the national subject‑matter expert for assigned accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting operations, or account coordination.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, detail‑intensive workflows with accuracy and urgency.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills, capable of juggling competing priorities.
• Professional written and verbal communication with a client‑facing demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
