About the role

Join TQL’s recruiting team as an entry‑level recruiter and launch a career with a leading logistics company. No prior experience is required; you will receive best‑in‑class paid training and support to succeed in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
• Generate high‑volume candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage the full hiring process from sourcing to offer.
• Document all interactions, interview progress, and feedback in the Avature Applicant Tracking System.
• Process onboarding paperwork and ensure accurate candidate disposition.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work relentlessly to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Coachable, thrives in a metrics‑driven setting, and comfortable with a 100% in‑office work model.
• College degree preferred but not mandatory; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
• Strong customer focus and elite work ethic.

Required skills

• Experience with the Avature ATS (or willingness to learn).
