Entry Level Production Worker

About the role

Ocean Spray is hiring an Entry Level Production Worker for its 600,000‑sq‑ft processing plant in Middleboro. The role works a 12‑hour rotating night shift (6 pm‑6 am) on a year‑round schedule, supporting the production of sweetened dried cranberries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility and equipment, including hosing floors and sweeping spills.
• Screen final product to ensure no foreign material is present and create required documentation.
• Operate extraction, infusion, filtering, and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality tests and record results according to SOPs.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed to meet line targets.

Required profile

• Excellent attendance reliability and ability to work 12‑hour night shifts, rotating weekends and holidays.
• Manufacturing experience or mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, traverse elevated platforms, stand and walk for long periods, and lift low‑to‑medium weights.
• Capability to detect subtle color differences and brightness variations in product.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
