Entry Level Insurance Sales Representative

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to explain insurance products and services clearly.
• Identify prospective customers through networking, referrals and community outreach.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management consistently.
• Attend training sessions and sales meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Prepare and present customized insurance proposals for each client.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and follow-ups.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, able to learn quickly and adapt to new sales strategies and product information.
• Willingness to undergo training and obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
• Positive attitude, resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
