Entry-Level Bilingual Recruiter (English/Mandarin)

About the role

YQN is looking for an entry‑level bilingual recruiter to join its HR team in Fontana, CA. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring they fit the company’s culture and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job specifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication between candidates and interview panels.
• Prepare job offers, negotiate terms, and oversee the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate status updates.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
