Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative

About the role

Join ADP as an Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative focused on small‑business services. You will work within a defined territory, targeting companies with 1‑49 employees, and help them adopt payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and other cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, upselling additional ADP solutions.
• Set appointments, assess client needs, and present tailored ADP offerings.
• Collaborate with internal partners and business‑development teams to generate leads.
• Spend the majority of time in the field closing sales and achieving revenue targets.

Required profile

• Positive, self‑motivated attitude with resilience and a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling and handling rejection.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
