Enterprise Technical Architect

About the role

HIKE2 is seeking an Enterprise Technical Architect to shape, build, and deliver complex technology solutions for enterprise clients. The role requires defining architecture across Salesforce, data platforms, AI, integrations, APIs, cloud services, and custom applications while working closely with delivery teams to turn designs into production‑ready systems.

Key responsibilities

• Architect enterprise‑wide solutions that span Salesforce, data platforms, AI, integrations, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Break down ambiguous technical challenges into manageable components and provide pragmatic, scalable designs.
• Lead technical delivery by establishing vision, patterns, standards, and mentoring engineers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders, communicating architecture decisions and linking technology choices to business outcomes.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, architecture, or enterprise application delivery.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Industry Clouds).
• Proven ability to design solutions beyond Salesforce, including data integration, APIs, middleware, event‑driven patterns, and cloud platforms.
• Hands‑on experience delivering AI/agentic solutions such as generative AI, retrieval‑augmented generation, and AI‑enabled workflows.
