Enterprise Risk Management Associate – RCSA Testing

About the role

The Enterprise Risk Management Associate works in the Second Line of Defense to support the Business Control & Risk Management team. You will help identify, assess and monitor risks and control effectiveness across the assigned business line.

Key responsibilities

• Drive risk culture by ensuring awareness of risk frameworks, policies and standards within the business line.
• Conduct RCSA activities including process mapping, risk and control matrices, inherent risk assessments and internal control testing.
• Implement and maintain internal control testing, validate control adequacy and escalate deficiencies.
• Support exam management for regulatory, internal audit and credit risk reviews, reviewing materials and validating remediation work.
• Assist in defining and documenting Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and related metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, internal controls, auditing or related regulatory functions.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with line‑of‑business executives and build credibility across the organization.
