Enterprise Partnerships Manager – East Coast (North America)

About the role

ClickUp is looking for an Enterprise Partnerships Manager to lead and expand its partner ecosystem on the U.S. East Coast. The role sits at the core of ClickUp’s growth strategy, recruiting, enabling and scaling partners to deliver the AI‑powered workspace to new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and activate consultancies, agencies, VARs, MSPs and system integrators that match ClickUp’s partner profile.
• Build and manage a focused portfolio of partners across the United States and Canada, driving revenue impact and engagement.
• Design repeatable service offerings and go‑to‑market plays that help partners position, implement and expand ClickUp.
• Lead joint business planning, translate strategy into pipeline creation, co‑selling activities and measurable growth.
• Coach partners on a predictable sales motion from qualification through solution positioning and deal progression.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, channel marketing and other GTM teams to align partner activity with field execution.

Required profile

• 7+ years of channel, partnerships or partner sales experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record recruiting, onboarding and growing software‑focused partners in North America.
• Experience building partner motions that generate both software revenue and services opportunities.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with direct sales, solutions, marketing and customer‑facing teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel for partner meetings and customer engagements.
