Enterprise Applications Developer

About the role

The Enterprise Applications Developer will build, enhance, test, and support business applications, integrations, data workflows, and automation to help Beta Bionics operate more effectively. Reporting to the Salesforce Platform Manager, you will work with senior developers, architects, analysts, and stakeholders across multiple enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications, scripts, services, APIs, and automation using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and other approved technologies.
• Build and support integrations among enterprise applications, Salesforce, SaaS platforms, cloud services, databases, and external partners using REST APIs, web services, middleware, and event‑driven patterns.
• Create data extraction, transformation, validation, loading, and reconciliation processes for operational and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with business analysts and users to clarify requirements, translate them into maintainable solutions, and support user acceptance testing.
• Follow security, compliance, change‑control, and documentation standards, supporting HIPAA, SOC 2, and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑3 years of professional software or application development experience.
• Foundational experience with Python and at least one additional web or application development language (JavaScript or TypeScript).
• Understanding of REST APIs, web services, data integrations, SQL, and basic ETL workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a willingness to learn.
