Enhancement Field Manager – Landscape Maintenance

About the role

The Enhancement Field Manager leads daily field operations for landscape enhancement projects, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction while supporting team development and company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Understand company philosophies, branch goals, and financial position.
• Develop and monitor employee goals through formal and informal evaluations.
• Participate in certification training sessions as attendee or instructor.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities on assigned enhancements.
• Track hourly and cost budgets, review job reports, and communicate budget expectations to crew.
• Meet clients on every job and inspect work daily, obtaining satisfactory completion signatures.
• Promote approved extra work using time‑and‑material tickets.
• Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment in safe, presentable condition.
• Oversee AM and PM crew procedures and complete daily time entry.

Required profile

• Proven ability to organize and schedule projects.
• Experience managing personnel at any level.
• Experience serving commercial landscape customers.
• Minimum one year of commercial enhancement or landscape installation experience.
• Two‑ or four‑year horticultural or related degree with two years industry experience, or equivalent certifications/experience.
• Experience purchasing hard and live materials and negotiating prices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license with a clean record for the past three years.
