Engineering Recruiter (Aerospace)

About the role

Adecco is hiring an Engineering Recruiter (Aerospace) in Mesa, Arizona. The recruiter sources and recruits candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct-hire orders for standard to moderately complex clients, builds and maintains a candidate pipeline, provides excellent customer service, develops new business and maintains client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing: handle all candidates contacting the branch, manage the PDS website and digital tools to track the selection process, and develop local recruiting relationships and grassroots plans
• Recruiting: set recruitment plans, qualify candidates against standards, conduct behavioural interviews, coach candidates on resumes and interviews, and enter and track data in Applicant Tracking Systems
• Retention: build relationships with candidates and clients, identify training plans for candidates and temporary employees, and respond to inquiries
• Sales: know the Adecco service portfolio, price and sell services, and help build knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share and competition
• Financials: understand the main variables affecting gross margin (workers comp, pay rates, regulations, taxes, benefits) and the financial status of the branch

Required profile

• At least one year of recruiting experience, preferably in the staffing industry
• ATS experience
• Knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed and ZipRecruiter
• Ability to interpret employment laws and regulations, and to prioritise multiple assignments

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication and relationship building
• Problem-solving and quick adaptation to change
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
