About the role
The client, a New‑York‑based startup consultancy, is looking for an Engagement Manager to own relationships and delivery for a portfolio of US mid‑market companies implementing AI solutions. The role is fully remote and works on EST hours.
Key responsibilities
- Own client relationships with US executives and senior stakeholders.
- Run engagements end‑to‑end, managing roadmaps, delivery, risks, timelines and communication.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams on AI, automation and software projects.
- Translate delivery outcomes into tangible ROI, time saved and business impact.
- Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and scope.
Required profile
- Excellent English language skills and comfortable working fully remote on EST hours.
- Background in tech consulting, software services or digital transformation.
- Experience working with technical teams and discussing APIs, software workflows and automation.
Required skills
- Understanding of AI and automation concepts.
- Ability to communicate technical details to senior business stakeholders.
