Engagement Manager, Channel Partner FMV

About the role

IQVIA is looking for an Engagement Manager for its Channel Partner FMV practice. The role leads the practice's operational delivery of fair market value (FMV) analysis and consulting, guides team members on proper application and supports sales and marketing efforts. It involves managing multiple consulting projects of varying complexity, delivering on time and on budget for life sciences clients, and contributing to new business development and client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Channel Partner FMV topics and methods.
• Manage project teams, internal and external, from design and development to delivery.
• Analyze client requirements and develop profitable proposals with limited senior management input.
• Oversee proposal preparation and bid integrity.
• Develop project plans with timelines and deliverables and lead projects to completion on time and on budget.
• Serve as key point of contact with the client and recommend improvements and alternative solutions.
• Contribute to client reports and presentations and deliver findings to the client.
• Elevate new business through follow-on work and new leads, and follow up after delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
• Strengthen expertise through conferences and symposia, and mentor and coach colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 8-12 years of related experience, including valuation consulting and/or market access experience in the life sciences industry.
• Experience developing consultative relationships with senior managers and executives in life sciences.
• Established network and referral contacts.

Required skills

• Mastery of FMV and related valuation topics, strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Project management, client influence and relationship building.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

The potential base pay range is $111,000 to $309,200 per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule; incentives, bonuses and benefits may also apply.
