About the role

The Endoscopy RN at Baptist provides exceptional patient care within the endoscopy suite, applying the nursing process and adhering to professional standards. This role leads a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes and culturally sensitive care.

Key responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and assess learning needs.
Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members.
Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage resources.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current RN license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Good organizational, time‑management, judgment, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

Proficiency in using the nursing process for patient assessment and care planning.
Ability to educate patients, families, and staff across diverse cultural backgrounds.
