About the role

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its Endocrinology team in Tyler, Texas. Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Endocrinology specialty.
• Utilize the AI‑powered documentation platform, Pieces, to streamline inpatient charting.
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary network of over 1,000 clinicians across 41 specialties.

Required profile

• Current Texas license as an NP or PA, or eligibility for licensure.
• Full‑time availability.
• Commitment to the mission of a faith‑based, not‑for‑profit health system.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enabled clinical documentation tools (e.g., Pieces).
