Employee Relations Partner (Remote)

About the role

The Employee Relations Partner provides tactical HR consultation to managers and employees, resolving issues and advising on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations. This remote position conducts investigations, analyzes trends, and partners with operational and legal teams to minimize legal liability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations, developing investigation plans and ensuring fair, neutral, and timely investigations.
• Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex case management systems.
• Provide supervisors and managers with policy interpretation for conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
• Partner with operational management, HR business partners, labor relations, legal teams and other subject‑matter experts to create solutions for complex employee‑relations situations.
• Analyze employee‑relations data to monitor trends and advise operations on proactive, preventative actions.

Required profile

• Strong organizational, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent conflict‑resolution and impartial investigation skills.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information and build professional relationships at all levels.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Experience using ServiceNow case management.
• Experience using Navex case management.
