ELP Program Coordinator

About the role

The Expanding Learning Possibilities (ELP) Program Coordinator ensures smooth operation of the ELP by handling scheduling, communication, and data tracking for the Professional Learning Specialist and the Content and Creative Learning Experiences Specialist. This coordination role enables educators to focus on learning experiences while logistics are managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, school/Hub visits, and at least four blog interviews or guest posts per month for both specialists.
• Maintain shared trackers for attendance, participation, and program data; enter and organize participant information from surveys and sign‑in records.
• Draft, send, and track routine communications such as session reminders, confirmations, and follow‑up notes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics questions from Hub contacts, teachers, and partners, and support cross‑team alignment.

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in administrative support, coordination, or an education‑related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools such as spreadsheets, calendar applications, and video‑conferencing platforms.
• Experience in data entry and basic reporting for grant‑funded or nonprofit education programs.
