About the role
Ensemble Schools is seeking an experienced woodwinds teacher to provide in‑person instruction at its Middle C Music location in Tenleytown, Washington DC. The role is part‑time and focuses on flute, clarinet, and alto/tenor saxophone.
Key responsibilities
- Teach individual and group lessons on flute, clarinet, and alto/tenor saxophone.
- Maintain consistent scheduling while allowing flexibility within open hours.
Required profile
- Degree in music performance, pedagogy, music education, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching young musicians and reliable transportation.
Required skills
- Proficiency on flute.
- Proficiency on clarinet.
- Proficiency on alto or tenor saxophone.
