About the role
Prep Academy Tutors is seeking enthusiastic elementary school teachers or early‑years specialists to provide in‑home tutoring aligned with the Tennessee curriculum. You will create personalized learning plans and support students both remedially and through enrichment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver academic support based on Tennessee standards.
- Develop customized learning plans that promote deep understanding.
- Provide remedial help and enrichment challenges as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents about progress and challenges.
Required profile
- Current, valid registration with the Tennessee State Board of Education or a qualified teacher in the U.S. (or in the process of certification).
- Passion for teaching, student success, and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work in‑home and in‑person with students.
