Electronic Assembler – PCB Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking experienced Electronic Assemblers to join our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Erie. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will assemble electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to detailed work instructions and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and job travelers, using kits with required materials and parts.
• Assemble PCBs utilizing tools, fixtures, and equipment to meet customer and ISO/IPC quality standards.
• Assist in other areas of the department or other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Clear understanding of IPC‑610 quality standards.
• Basic component identification skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

• PCB assembly techniques.
• Compliance with IPC‑610 standards.
• EMS process knowledge.
• Mechanical and electrical systems familiarity.
