Electrical Supervisor – 100% Travel

About the role

The Electrical Supervisor ensures quality, safety, and timely execution of electrical installation projects for Dematic equipment. This position involves extensive travel, hands‑on work on site, and coordination of both in‑house and subcontractor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on installation work and submit corrective actions for any discrepancies.
• Conduct on‑site safety audits, enforce safety standards, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with equipment trial runs to verify specifications and correct installation per Dematic standards.
• Provide regular on‑site reporting on schedule, resources, and project status to project leads and customers.
• Train and support contract labor and subcontractors in installing Dematic material‑handling equipment.
• Write clear, timely trip reports following Dematic procedures.
• Identify and resolve on‑site problems and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Service experience with AGVs, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in quality assurance and adherence to installation standards.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work weekends, holidays, off‑shifts, and overtime.
