Electrical Foreman

About the role

Spark Power Corp USA is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead installation projects, ensure safety, and provide technical expertise for customers in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise electrical construction, maintenance, and service projects for a diverse customer base.
• Install electrical components such as panels, wiring, junction boxes, devices, terminations, and lighting.
• Inspect crew work to maintain high quality and craftsmanship standards.
• Communicate with customers, develop plans, and see projects through to completion.
• Prepare reports and relay information to branch staff.
• Make decisions with minimal supervision based on code knowledge and experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years of electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional sectors.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex industrial installations.
• Familiarity with instrumentation and controls.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with team members and customers.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of NFPA and NEC electrical codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
