About the role
The Post‑sale Executive will provide B2B commercial support for enterprise customers, acting as the main point of contact for product information, pricing, availability and delivery schedules. This role offers a clear development path toward a Commercial Coordination position within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to enterprise customers via phone, email and WhatsApp, delivering product details, prices, stock status and delivery times.
- Assist Technical‑Commercial Advisors in managing their client portfolios.
- Prepare, send and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to verify stock and schedule deliveries.
- Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle complaints and route them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the ERP system and collaborate on invoice tracking.
- Adhere to commercial area processes and procedures.
Required profile
- Completed high‑school education (Bachillerato).
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B customer service, commercial support, quotations or purchase order handling within distribution, manufacturing or services.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing, logistics and commercial follow‑up.
- Applicants with exclusive call‑center experience will not be considered.
