Educational Sales Representative – California

About the role

Tuva is seeking an Educational Sales Representative to promote its data literacy instructional program to K-12 schools and districts across California. The role involves building relationships with educators, demonstrating Tuva’s tools, and supporting the integration of data literacy into math and science curricula.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to sell Tuva’s data literacy program to schools and districts throughout California.
• Identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
• Present and demonstrate Tuva’s data and graphing tools to potential customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with content and production teams to tailor offerings to customer needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
• Attend conferences and events across California to promote Tuva and expand the network.
• Provide customer feedback to product development for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Based in California with ability to travel regularly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data literacy concepts and the K-12 educational landscape.
• Previous sales or business development experience, preferably in EdTech or K-12 education.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, with a proven record of meeting sales targets.

Required skills

• Knowledge of data literacy concepts and statistical fundamentals.
• Familiarity with education standards such as NGSS (preferred).
