Education Recruiter – Virtual (Mississippi)

About the role

The Education Recruiter will support school districts across Mississippi through virtual recruiting activities while traveling to local events as needed. This full‑time position offers the chance to shape talent pipelines for educational institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers.
• Attend scheduled job fairs and recruiting events, both virtually and on‑site.
• Travel up to 50 % of the week locally to support hiring, recruiting, and talent events.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting, staffing, talent management, HR, education, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing.
