About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to support its talent acquisition efforts in Tuscaloosa, AL. You will help design and execute recruiting strategies, act as a brand ambassador, and manage the full‑cycle hiring process for educational and related positions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Represent the Kelly brand by building relationships with clients, community outreach organizations, and educational institutions.
• Handle full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the assigned region.
• Attend scheduled job fairs and recruiting events to attract qualified candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % locally for hiring and recruiting events.
