About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to support talent acquisition for educational clients in Pennsylvania. The role involves full‑cycle recruiting, relationship building, and representing the Kelly brand at events.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the assigned area.
• Attend scheduled job fairs and other recruiting events.

Required profile

• 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service focus.
• Valid United States driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to travel up to 30% locally for hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and related events.
