About the role
Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts across Essex County, New Jersey. You will help design and execute recruiting strategies while representing the Kelly brand in the community.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
- Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community organizations, and educational institutions.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for the assigned region.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer‑service orientation.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing.
- Willingness to travel up to 30 % locally for hiring and recruiting events.

- Base salary range $51,300 – $68,400 per year (commensurate with experience).
