Education Recruiter – Berks County, PA (Remote)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to support school‑district clients in Berks County, Pennsylvania. This is a virtual position that allows you to work remotely while traveling locally to attend recruiting events and meet hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers.
• Attend scheduled job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent‑acquisition activities.
• Travel up to 50% of the week within the local area for hiring, recruiting, and school‑related events.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting, staffing, talent management, HR, education, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Residency within or close to Berks County, PA, with a valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing.
