Education Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

LaunchEd connects schools with innovative products and solutions that address real challenges in education. The Education Partnerships Coordinator keeps the LaunchEd platform running smoothly by coordinating people, opportunities and information from first contact through early evaluation. The role acts as a central point of coordination between educators, school leaders, company founders and internal teams, managing the intake pipeline, meetings and demos, records in Monday.com, educator feedback sessions and handoffs across teams.

Key responsibilities

• LaunchEd Intake (Stage 1 & 2): act as contact for product and solution requests, screen inbound companies against intake criteria and route qualified opportunities to Stage 1 and Stage 2
• Maintain the intake calendar and coordinate intake meetings, demos and screening calls, keeping pipeline status and notes current in Monday.com
• Innovators Network: lead the teacher and leader collective from the previous year's conference, run focus-group sessions on school-level problems, turn feedback into Sandbox messaging and solution matching, and coordinate paid product testers
• Cross-department liaison: connect LaunchEd Group, prospective and active clients and the Sandbox, ensure clean handoffs between business development, diligence and implementation teams, and bridge ITSS and partner-facing teams

Required profile

• Familiarity with the Red Apple Education Companies and Florida network and understanding of the school-choice environment
• Strong organization, scheduling and coordination skills across many stakeholders
• Relationship management and comfort as first point of contact for founders and operators
• Belief in school choice and alignment with the Strong Minds, Good Hearts ethos
• Proactive, driven mindset, comfortable with urgency in a fast-moving pipeline
• Detail orientation and discretion with confidential pipeline and partner information

Required skills

• Working knowledge of a CRM, with Monday.com preferred
• Standard scheduling tools
