Education Assessment & Accreditation Analyst

About the role

The Education Assessment & Accreditation Analyst supports the Dean and Associate Dean of the Kremen School of Education and Human Development in managing assessment and accreditation activities for educator preparation programs. The role ensures data‑driven continuous improvement and compliance with accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit assessment and accreditation reports for the school and its programs.
• Collaborate with faculty, department chairs, program coordinators, and external stakeholders to gather and analyze data.
• Coordinate program planning, development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor accreditation requirements and maintain documentation for agencies such as CCTC and AAQEP.
• Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion of accreditation tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least three years of professional administrative experience involving study, analysis, or evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external partners.
