Education Account Manager – Client Services

About the role

The Education Account Manager serves as the primary partner for assigned education clients, building strong relationships and delivering high‑quality staffing services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local recruiting strategies to build a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Guide new talent through onboarding and manage the employee lifecycle, including performance coaching and retention.
• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of staffing services, monitor fulfillment, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Respond to client and employee concerns promptly, identify solutions, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Track staffing activity, workforce trends, and performance metrics to improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to expand business and introduce additional Kelly Education solutions.

• Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a matrixed, cross‑functional setting.

Required skills

• Experience in account management, customer success, staffing, recruiting, or related client‑facing roles.
• Proficiency using data, reporting, metrics, and trends to support business decisions.
