eDiscovery Consultant – $125k-$140k (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Consultant to join a global consultancy. The role is client‑facing and covers the full lifecycle of eDiscovery matters, from initial scoping to delivery, billing support, and close‑out. Candidates can work fully remote on the West Coast or in a hybrid setting in New York City or Washington, D.C.

Key responsibilities

• Own eDiscovery matters end‑to‑end, translating client requirements into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure processing, data loads, and hosting meet deadlines.
• Advise clients on workflow best practices and propose tailored solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying hands‑on in RelativityOne.
• Configure and execute aiR for Review, aiR for Privilege, analytics, integration points, advanced searches, STRs, permissions, productions, privilege logs, and quality control.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of eDiscovery litigation support and project management experience.
• Strong RelativityOne expertise, including matter setup and client advising.
• Bachelor’s degree; Relativity certifications (RCA) are a strong plus.
• Cross‑border investigation experience is advantageous.
