Edibles Production Agent – Kitchen Operations

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles (Kitchen) Agent to support the production and packaging of cannabis‑infused food products at its Joliet facility. You will work closely with the Kitchen and Packaging Supervisors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing of edibles.

Key responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff in daily production of infused food items using commercial machinery.
• Prepare, clean, cook, label, wrap, and operate basic production and packaging equipment.
• Execute batch production orders as assigned, following standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen lead to maintain potency consistency and product homogenization.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that could damage edibles, ensuring quality control.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Willingness to work the scheduled shift: Monday‑Friday, 3:30 pm‑12:00 am.
