About the role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our manufacturing facility in Joliet, Illinois. In this role you will support the production of cannabis flower, oil, infused products and edibles, ensuring every batch meets our strict quality and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform sampling and inspection of finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
- Conduct equipment and product line clearances prior to production runs.
- Document and investigate customer complaints and product issues.
- Support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes and product investigations.
- Identify potential quality risks and collaborate with operations to implement improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
