Early Learning Coach

About the role

Join Community-Minded Enterprises as an Early Learning Coach to support Washington State child‑care providers in improving program quality and creating nurturing learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Guide licensed providers through the WA State Early Achievers system and develop Quality Improvement Plans.
• Provide culturally inclusive coaching in person, virtually, and via email using tools such as Practice‑Based Coaching, CLASS, and ERS.
• Support providers in building capacity around early learning practices, self‑assessments, technology use, and data‑driven continuous improvement.
• Deliver training for professional learning communities and collaborate on classroom data collection.

Required profile

• AAS in Early Childhood Education (or related degree with plan to obtain a BA); BA preferred.
• 3‑5 years of leadership experience in early childhood education, knowledge of Washington State licensing and Early Achievers guidelines.
• Bilingual/biliterate in Spanish and a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with database entry, data collection, and evaluation processes.
