Early Interventionist - Physical & Occupational Therapy

About the role

Ivy Rehab for Kids is hiring Early Intervention therapists in southeastern and central Pennsylvania (Bucks, Berks, Chester, Dauphin, Delaware, Lancaster, Lebanon, Montgomery and Northampton counties). You will work with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model that empowers parents to provide the supports and techniques their child needs. Services are delivered in the child's natural setting, such as home, daycare or community. This is a per-visit position of 5-19 hours per week, with the possibility of building to part-time or full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with children from birth to age three and their families
• Provide individualized, one-to-one care and customized plans of care
• Teach parents how to carry out skills and home exercises in daily life
• Deliver services in the child's natural setting (home, daycare, community)

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited graduate physical therapy or occupational therapy program
• Current or pending state licensure as a physical therapist or occupational therapist in the respective state
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification, including infant/child CPR and in-person skills testing
• At least one year of experience working with children age 5 or younger as a therapist
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
