Early Career Real Estate Intern – Equity & Credit

About the role

Join Invesco’s Summer Internship Program for a 9‑week, hands‑on experience in Real Estate Equity and Credit. You will work alongside seasoned professionals, receive one‑on‑one mentorship, and gain insight into the global investment process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Real Estate Credit team in underwriting loan opportunities and performing risk analysis.
• Support the Real Estate Equity team with property research, valuation modeling, and market assessments.
• Prepare presentation materials and client reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Credit and Equity groups on joint initiatives and data sharing.
• Participate in networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities organized for interns.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in real‑estate investment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
