Early Career Intern – Investments (Bank Loans)

About the role

Join Invesco’s Bank Loans team for a 9‑week summer internship starting June 2027. You will gain hands‑on exposure to leveraged finance, CLO and high‑yield bond markets while working alongside seasoned investment professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing investment opportunities across leveraged finance, CLO and high‑yield bond sectors.
• Develop credit proposals that include company and industry analysis, capital structure review, and cash‑flow projections.
• Support ongoing monitoring of existing transactions through financial analysis and rating assessments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on ad‑hoc research and modeling tasks.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in credit markets and private‑credit investing.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work independently and in a team.
