Dynamics CRM Onshore Tech Lead/Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Tech Lead/Architect to drive the design, development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for our clients. The role requires deep functional knowledge of CRM modules and strong hands‑on expertise with the Power Platform and related Azure services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture workshops and produce high‑level technical design documentation.
• Design and implement CRM data models, integrations and large‑scale migrations using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse or Microsoft Fabric.
• Manage CRM environments across development, testing, UAT and production, and oversee ALM and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams in an Agile delivery model to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Strong functional understanding of Sales and Service modules in Dynamics CRM.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 solutions, including plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with clients.
