Driver & Installer for Insulation and Building Products

About the role

Join TruTeam as a Driver/Installer and play a key part in delivering energy‑efficient insulation and building‑material solutions to customers. You will travel to local job sites, unload materials, and install a variety of products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load the truck each day with the required products, tools, and equipment based on the work order.
• Conduct vehicle safety checks and job‑site inspections before starting work.
• Safely unload, stage, and install products such as insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other items sold by the company.
• Report any safety, customer, or quality concerns to management.
• Perform occasional warehouse duties and any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license for company vehicle operation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
