Driver Helper – Entry Level Delivery Support

About the role

Join a leading beverage company as a Driver Helper, supporting world‑class drivers in delivering iconic beer brands to local customers. This entry‑level position offers a path to a full‑time delivery driver role through an internal paid CDL‑A training program.

Key responsibilities

• Follow daily itineraries, adapting to changing routes and account types.
• Collect payments, lift, stack, and transport cases and kegs up to 165 lb.
• Load and unload products from side‑loader trucks and complete all required paperwork, invoices, and cash/check handling.
• Maintain DOT checklists, report maintenance issues, and assist with warehouse duties as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and handle temperature variations.
• Desire to obtain a CDL‑A license.

What we offer

• Hourly pay: $18 / hr (no CDL‑A) or $23 / hr (with CDL‑A).
