Driver – Community Meals Transportation

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Driver to join our Trio‑Community‑Meals team in Monroe, LA. In this full‑time, onsite position you will be responsible for moving a variety of goods to multiple locations each day, supporting our community‑focused meal services.

Key responsibilities

• Transport materials to and from assigned destinations safely and efficiently, adhering to all DOT, state and city traffic regulations.
• Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of company vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain open communication with dispatch, reporting any issues or delays promptly.

Required profile

• Valid state driver’s license for commercial vehicles (and/or a medical card from an approved DOT medical examiner).
• Acceptable driving record and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow safety procedures.
• Preferably at least one year of commercial driving experience.
