Draft Beer Service Technician

About the role

The Draft Beer Service Technician supports on‑premise customers by performing service calls, equipment installations, and special event set‑ups. This full‑time position is part of the sales family and focuses on ensuring reliable draught beer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive service and communicate effectively with account employees.
• Service and troubleshoot draught beer lines, ensuring proper pouring.
• Complete draught line installations and product deliveries for accounts and events.
• Manage sales tools, samples, POS materials, and maintain vehicle, tools, and inventory.
• Train others on basic draught maintenance and maintain logs and records.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with draught beer systems.
• Basic PC skills, including MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer‑service orientation, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Physical ability to lift 45‑65 lb regularly and up to 160 lb occasionally.

Required skills

• Draught beer system installation and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
