Donation Center Attendant – Keyholder

About the role

Goodwill Manasota is seeking an energetic Donation Center Attendant who will also serve as a keyholder. In this full‑time position you will help maintain a welcoming, secure, and efficient donation site while delivering excellent service to donors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the donation center, manage keyholder duties, and ensure facility security.
• Provide world‑class customer service to donors and internal staff.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the donation area, including accurate donor counts.
• Report team member absences, assign duties, and oversee daily operational functions.
• Train on all Goodwill processes and continuously improve site performance.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb.
