About the role

The Document Entry Clerk is responsible for high‑volume data entry and digitisation of paper documents, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain high‑volume scanning equipment to digitise documents at required resolutions and formats.
  • Perform quality checks on scanned files to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Organise and store digital files following established naming and storage protocols.
  • Troubleshoot scanning equipment issues to minimise downtime.
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace to support efficient workflow.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in document scanning, data entry, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with high‑volume document scanning equipment.
  • Basic computer applications (e.g., file management, office software).
