District Manager – Newark

About the role

The District Manager will lead field operations for a portfolio of corporate accounts in the Newark district. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will ensure high‑quality maintenance services, grow existing business, and capture new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Manager and National Account Management Teams to secure and expand corporate accounts.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and property audits to support maintenance contracts and identify upsell opportunities.
• Source, vet, and manage a network of providers and technicians, ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests, meeting weekly visit targets and revenue goals.
• Lead RFP processes, negotiate contracts, and manage district expenses within budget.
• Provide market insights to shape short‑ and long‑term strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities.
