Distribution/Inventory Role – 1st Shift – $21.50/hr

About the role

This full‑time, first‑shift position ensures accurate inventory levels at 1440 Foods' production facility. You will conduct cycle counts, resolve variances, and support data integrity while working Monday‑Friday, 6:30 AM‑3:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels, flag potential shortages or overages, and coordinate replenishment with purchasing and warehouse teams.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and generate reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements for inventory control.
• Follow safety and compliance procedures in the manufacturing environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or a related role.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and work in a hot, humid environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
