Distribution Associate – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Distribution Associate to join our West Henrietta warehouse team. The role involves picking, packing and carrier sorting to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for customers, distributors and contract partners.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders using carousel, automatic dispense machine, pick‑to‑light, voice picking, RF scanners and manual methods.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, man‑up lifts and fork trucks.
• Utilize Baan ERP, Kewill and Red Prairie WMS for order processing, lookup and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform carrier sorting and resolve problem orders to maintain service levels.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety and sanitation guidelines.

Required profile

• Available to work full‑time onsite, five days a week, including scheduled holidays and occasional Saturdays.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; notify supervisor of absences per company policy.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Commitment to safety reporting and quality standards.

Required skills

• Forklift and man‑up license.
• Experience with Kewill, BAAN and Red Prairie Warehouse Management Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of FedEx and UPS software platforms.
• Use of RF scanners, voice headsets and shrink sealers.
